Debbie is the founder of Seiber Sells and is among the visable and successful real estate professionals in her market. Through years of dedication and passion, she has constructed an "A" list roster of clientele, consisting of repeat customers, referral clients and business executives. Debbie's negotiation skills, market knowledge, marketing background and no-nonsense results-driven approach, make her the powerhouse she has become.

Debbie has an extensive resume that include; theme park management, resort hotel management, property management, apartment acquisitions and marketing. She also has a passion for acting and has been in local commercials, cable T.V., industrials and a few movies. She believes in giving back to her community and is involved with serveral charitable organizations including KW Cares.

Sue has particular expertise in finding ways to combine new technologies and traditional direct marketing techniques, to create innovative marketing programs for our team. Her success is attributed to developing and implementing effective marketing programs with Debbie, for each individual seller. Sue's marketing responsiblities include and not limited to; seller marketing campaigns, direct mailers, monthly client contact mailers, newsletters, brochures and lead generation mailers. Sue is an entricate part of the Seiber Sells team and a true partner in all aspects.

Tricia offers our team over ten years of experience in real estate. She is extremely organized and detailed oriented, with a flair for effectively dealing with the many people it takes to bring a transaction from contract to close. Her many responsibilities include communicating with our clients on closing updates, as well as following up with title companies, lenders, appraisers, scheduling inspections and walk-throughs. It is her attention to detail that impresses our clients and makes their home-buying experience worry and hassle free.

Vesna is another integral part of our transaction management team. She has a vast knowledge of what it takes to bring a transaction from contract to close. She is extremely thorough in ensuring that listings are entered into the Multiple Listing Service accurately and promptly. She maintains communication with our clients throughout the listing peroid with bi-weekly reports on market conditions and feedback from potential buyers. With Vesna managing the transactions, our clients are guaranteed to receive the quality of service they expect.

Princess has a very important role on our team as pet concierge. She helps us with the day to day needs of your family pet(s). She is responsible for knowing the location of pet boutiques, pet supermarkets, pet home care services, dog parks and other great information. It is very important to Princess that the home move is smooth for her canine and kitty clients.
